Trust Center

Trust through evidence, privacy and responsible deployment.

What the published record establishes, how the pipeline is designed to treat identity, which controls the architecture supports — and, just as plainly, what GaitAI does not claim.

GaitAI trust status and supporting documentation
AreaStatus and context
Research provenancePublished sources linked — Research provenance documentation

Research connections identify the methods they inform.

Product validationNot yet published — Product validation documentation

Product-specific validation and pilot evidence are separate from research.

Privacy designDocumented by context — Privacy design documentation

Browser video stays local; hosted text and website services are disclosed.

Human oversightRequired in intended workflows — Human oversight documentation

Clinical and operational decisions remain with qualified people.

ExplainabilityInteractive examples available — Explainability documentation

Inspect supporting movement signals; illustrative outputs are labelled.

SecurityControls documented — Security documentation

Deployment controls are architectural intent; no certification is claimed.

Regulatory claimsNo clearance claimed — Regulatory claims documentation

Applicability must be established for the actual use and jurisdiction.

Evidence Index · all 24 modules

Each module separates research, specification, prototype, implementation, benchmark, pilot, clinical and regulatory evidence.

Benchmark reporting standard

Validation pending publication. Published evaluations will identify the dataset, sample count, hardware, environment, method and limitations alongside any accuracy or runtime measurements.

Registry definitions and evidence scope

This collection presents academic research references relevant to movement intelligence. Copyright and patent rights remain with their respective authors, publishers and rights holders. Inclusion does not imply GaitAI authorship, ownership or product-specific validation.

0 product-specific validation studies are published in the current evidence registry.

product
A named GaitAI offering; a product page describes intended scope, not release or validation status.
module
A modular offering on the shared movement-intelligence platform.
product module
The canonical catalogue unit. Product and module refer to the same registry entry and are not added together.
research record
A surfaced academic paper or patent informing the research foundation; not a product validation study.
publication
An academic research reference in a curated collection; inclusion does not imply GaitAI authorship or ownership.
patent
A granted intellectual-property record; not evidence of implementation or validated product performance.
environment
A setting in the canonical environment registry.
use case
An intended workflow within an environment; not a deployment or a separately counted environment.
capability
A named analysis function in the GaitScape graph; not a separately shipped product.

Evidence

Research establishes the methodological foundation. Product-specific validation establishes fitness for a particular use. The two are stated separately everywhere on this site.

Published record
8 surfaced academic papers and granted Indian patent 402202.
Research areas
4 areas, each resolved to the records that back it and the capabilities it informs.
Modules with a research foundation
11 of 24 are directly informed: a published record addresses a capability they are built on. 14 more reach research only through shared platform capabilities, listed separately on each module page.
Product-specific validation
None. No study in the record evaluates a module's output for a particular intended use, and every module page says so.

Privacy

SecureVision leads with capabilities that do not require identity. Identity-related capabilities are a separate, smaller group, intended only for lawful, authorized deployments with appropriate governance, access control and auditability.

Default posture
Privacy-aware movement analytics — anomaly detection, crowd flow, worker safety and campus monitoring run on movement features rather than identity.
Data minimization
Skeleton-only processing and face blur are designed as pipeline stages applied before analytics rather than after.
Lawful basis
Privacy roles, lawful basis, consent and required assessments must be established for the actual deployment and parties involved.
Anonymity
Not guaranteed. Privacy-aware architecture is not a guarantee of anonymity, and the site does not claim one.

Security

These are architectural capabilities of the GaitAI pipeline rather than a description of a running deployment. What a given site enables is agreed with it.

Processing location
Designed for edge and on-device inference as well as server-side processing; the optimised edge pipeline is the subject of the granted patent. Which mode a given site runs is a deployment decision.
Retention controls
Retention is intended to be configurable per data class, with schedules set per site, so clinical captures need be kept only as long as the care workflow requires. Actual periods are agreed per deployment.
Role-based access
An authorization layer is designed to mediate dashboard views so roles see only permitted data, with policy configured per site and per role.
Audit logs
The design provides for logging of access and policy-change events, with audit logs exportable for an organisation's own compliance review.

Responsible AI

Every output is decision support. No module diagnoses, and none acts on its own.

Human review
A clinician, therapist or caregiver reviews clinical outputs; a trained operator reviews safety events.
Explainability
An indicator surfaces the named signals that drove it rather than a confidence score, so a reviewer can sanity-check the call.
Identity capabilities
Intended only for lawful, authorized deployments with appropriate governance, access control and auditability. Candidates are for trained review — never proof of identity.
Shared responsible-use statement
Designed to support consent-based capture, encrypted transfer, configurable retention and role-based access, with activity logging and skeleton-only processing modes. Deployment requirements depend on the applicable environment, organization and jurisdiction. Privacy-aware architecture does not automatically mean anonymity: pose, gait and trajectories may still carry identifying information.
Stated explicitly

What GaitAI does not claim.

The published record does not establish the following. Product documentation and demonstrations should be read within that context.

  • SOC 2, ISO 27001 or any other security certification — not claimed
  • HIPAA, GDPR or DPDP Act compliance certification — not claimed
  • A specific guaranteed retention or deletion window — not claimed
  • Guaranteed encryption of data at rest — not claimed
  • Clinical approval, regulatory clearance or medical-device status — not claimed
  • Measured accuracy, latency or performance figures — not claimed
  • Replacement for clinician judgement or a standalone diagnosis — not claimed
  • Proof of identity from a movement match alone — not claimed
  • Guaranteed detection or prevention of safety incidents — not claimed
