GaitAI EventShield
Stadium, concert, conference — crowd-movement indicators for the operations room.
EventShield aggregates crowd movement into operational safety indicators for high-density venues — entry/exit flow, density-risk indicators, bottlenecks, abnormal crowd-motion indicators and evacuation summaries.

Problem
Large events create rapidly changing crowd density and entry/exit conditions.
What GaitAI does
Event-tuned crowd analytics track flow and density against venue capacity, flagging bottlenecks and abnormal crowd-motion indicators for the operations team. Real-time-oriented monitoring where the deployment is configured for it.
Who uses it
- Stadiums
- Event organisers
- Conference centres
- Civic bodies and police (authorized operations)
What they receive
Example report values — illustrative, not measured performance claims.
Indicators describe crowd state relative to the venue plan. Operations teams read them alongside radio traffic and stewarding reports — the dashboard informs the decision, people make it.
Why it matters
During an event, minutes matter: seeing a gate backing up or density climbing in a stand gives operations time to act before conditions become dangerous.
Example workflow
- 01Venue zones and capacities are configured pre-event
- 02Live flow and density track against thresholds
- 03Bottleneck and abnormal crowd-motion indicators reach operations
- 04Teams adjust gates, routes and announcements
- 05Post-event summaries feed the next event plan
Deployment
- Pre-event zone and capacity configuration
- Event-day operations dashboard
- Aggregate-only crowd analytics
- Post-event review reports

Claim / capability: No published record in this library directly addresses a capability this module is built on.
Status: Not yet published
Applicability: The cited work is specifically about a method or movement signal this module draws on.
Limitation: Research relevance is not evidence that this product's outputs have been validated.
No supporting source is published for this status.

Claim / capability: No further shared-platform research relationship is recorded beyond the research foundation above.
Status: Not yet published
Applicability: Shared capabilities such as pose estimation or temporal modelling are used by many modules.
Limitation: A shared-platform relationship is the weakest research link and must not be read as validating this module.
No supporting source is published for this status.

Privacy & responsible use
Designed to support consent-based capture, encrypted transfer, configurable retention and role-based access, with activity logging and skeleton-only processing modes. Deployment requirements depend on the applicable environment, organization and jurisdiction. Privacy-aware architecture does not automatically mean anonymity: pose, gait and trajectories may still carry identifying information. Movement analytics are designed to run without identifying individuals unless a deployment lawfully and explicitly requires it, and identity-related capabilities are intended only for lawful, authorized deployments with appropriate governance, access control and auditability. Outputs are decision support for trained operators — not autonomous enforcement.
Context & limitations
- Aggregate indicators — not individual tracking
- Coverage and camera placement bound accuracy
- Crowd-management decisions remain with the venue
